What matters to you
Tell us what is working, what is difficult and what you would like to change. You can bring a trusted person into the conversation.
Level 2 support coordination
You have goals for your life. We help turn your NDIS plan into a support network that makes sense for you, with your choices at the centre.
What does a support coordinator do?
Level 2 support coordination helps you use your plan, connect with services and build your confidence organising support. It is different from plan management, which focuses on the financial administration of your plan.
You decide which providers you want involved. Choosing L3SC for coordination does not require you to use our psychotherapy or any other service.
Starting together
Tell us what is working, what is difficult and what you would like to change. You can bring a trusted person into the conversation.
We check the support coordination funding and management arrangements, then explain service suitability, fees and availability before you agree.
Agree your preferred way to communicate, who can receive information and the first practical actions to take.
Yes. The conversation can start with your current team and the gaps you want to address. You do not need to replace supports that are working for you.
If you are considering a change, discuss your preferences, the notice terms in your current agreement and a handover of important information with your consent. We confirm capacity before accepting a transfer.
We welcome enquiries across Australia. Remote coordination and any in person arrangements are discussed for your location. We do not assume a local office or immediate availability.
Your funded level matters. If complex barriers are making support difficult to access, explore Level 3 specialist support coordination. The NDIA decides what is funded.
